How often should I see a dentist?

We offer different options for teeth bleaching/ whitening: in-office, overnight or daily. One session of in-office bleaching takes one to two hours. You can relax during the treatment. Overnight whitening involves making an impression of your teeth and creating a mouth guard which fits your bite. There are daily bleaching products available, but it is advisable to use them under the supervision of a dentist.

How long do I have to wear retainers after an orthodontic treatment?

6 months to 1 year. Wearing your retainers 24/7 for 6 months is vital. In some cases, the 2nd 6 months depend on the requirement if you need to wear them 24/7 or just in the night time. Your doctor will assess your recovery and suggest you what to do.
